Code is already registered for other domain

  Hi,
  
  I have purchased a Specular code but when I attempted to activate it, I am receiving it has been reigstered for another domain.
  
  I have only used it on one domain and my WordPress site got reset.
  
  AM i able to have my code de-registered so I can register it again?
