codeless builder doesn\'t work

  When I go into the customizer, the page opens with the tabs showing to the left, and then the live page, it’s all just a bunch of garbled code and not showing the live preview to edit as illustrated in your support document. Please advise.

  Open the page builder by going here:
  
  https://rayscaribbean.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page
  
  Click the “Edit with Codeless Builder”
  
  It is a theme issue we will update it ASAP. This issue is caused by the latest update

  Ok, when will this update be ready and what do I do to update the theme then? I need to get this website up ASAP. I went to the link and clicked edit with codeless builder. It started out working and the na few seconds in it switched back over into the code garble again.
