Hello,
I purchased and installed the Folie theme with codeless builder, 3 months ago, and everything worked fine. However, I tried to create my first blog post, and the codeless builder does not work at all for any post! I cannot edit the page, I cannot add rows, I cannot add elements, I can’t even access the page settings! I even tried to insert code on wordpress, but that didn’t work either. I also cannot duplicate a page.My website is intersys.solutions (I recently changed the domain, the previous one was intersysbusinesssolutions.gr).
I have also emailed you about this topic, but I have not received a reply. Please let me know what I should do.
Thank you. -
Hello,
This is very strange. What theme version are you running? Do you have any other third party plugin installed? Please deactivate all plugins first. If the situation persists, send us your wp and ftp credentials in a private reply. So we can investigate this further.
Best regards!

Hello,
The options are displaying correctly, if you shift+click on an element in post page. But you have an error in your site. One of the wordpress core files is not getting loaded. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/4vnxiv50l/ The text options are under the “loading” sign.
Please contact your host first. Make sure to have all necessary access rights and try again. Do you have any caching enabled in the server? Remove it too.
Let us know the progress.Best regards!

I’m sorry, you must not have understood what I’m saying. I cannot add new elements – for example, I cannot add an image in the header, or a new image bellow the text, or a new row, or ANYTHING NEW. I can edit the text, but I am not asking about that.
From what I see in your print screen, you cannot add anything new either. Am I right? Why can’t I add any NEW content?

Also, I do not have any caching enabled in the server, and hosting confirmed that all necessary access right are granted. Everything is ok, but your theme does not work. No new elements can be added to the blog posts. Let me know how to fix this!

Hello,
Sure you can. But first make sure to have selected Custom Post style in “Post Style”. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/xaldwkht1/
Best regards!
