Did you set a height for the slider? Please make sure to have assigned a fixed height in the page’s General Settings > Slider Options.
If the issue persists, send us the wp credentials in a private reply. You can send us any private data in a private reply. Make sure to have checked the “Set as a private reply” option below.
Or add them in the extra information fields of your profile data. So we can give it a closer look.
