Hello,
We’re utilizing a video with codeless slider, and when our site is viewed on Chrome, it doesn’t play automatically and video controls pop up. However, it works perfectly when you visit another page and return home, or refresh the page, but always has issues when the page is loaded.
Is this more of a problem with the browser, and is there any recommendations/work arounds for a video via codeless slider to load correctly when the page initially opens up?

Same issue on Safari. The slider won’t load up when the site is first opened, but when you go to another page and return home, it works.
Initially, I thought the video was too big and I down sized it, but it didn’t resolve the issue.
Any suggestions? If not, I may use the revolution slider, but would prefer to stick with the codeless.
