We just bought this theme and downloaded the files. When installing and activating the plugins this one says that it needs an update. We click update and it says that it is successful but returns to a screen saying it still needs to be updated. it will not updated to the required version for us to use.

If the issue is with the Plugin version, don’t worry about that because we have a custom-built version of WPBakery so it doesn’t create problems creating your website.
We will update it ASAP. But if you need it, share with me the credentials to fix it for you.
