I suppose you are referring to the services color? Some colors are set up in each element settings. For example: https://ibb.co/VVhfYhV
Let me know which elements are you not able to change.
The last link is of an online image sharing site. I checked it again and it works. I suggest you check your internet connection or server restrictions.
