Contact form 7 not working

  Hello,
  
  I added contact form on one of the website page and it’s showing the shortcode instead of the form. I can’t see anything wrong on the coding either. Can I send you my credentials & can you please have a look for me?

  Thank you! It is appearing. But the gap between one line to the next is too spaced out. How do I fix the spacing problem?

  I checked and that comes due to a line-height:14 set up for font in ‘body’. I checked but this is not set up in theme options. I suspect this is from other plugins you have
  installed. Can you please deactivate them once and check again?
  
  Or just use custom css. I added this css in Custom Css box:
  
  .cl_contact_form7.style-simple p { line-height: 2 !important; }
