Hello, I would like my contact form to span the width of the page, or at least for all fields to be the same width, and centered. Please advise.

Which plugin have you used for the contact form ?
Why you don’t try to use ContactForm7 that is compatible with the theme and the styling will be better.
We can also fix that by adding this custom css into Specular > General > Custom Css Box:
.contact-form input[type=text]{width:80% !important}
