I checked your site. The contact form has no problem. It’s your site that works very slow, thus affecting the contact form. I see you have some errors trigered from a cache app. See screenshot.
I suggest you contact your host and check on it. You can install a cache plugin and remove any third party plugin you do not use. Ask your host for more memory limit or bandwidth. Are you on a sharing host?
