CONTENT GOES MISSING WHEN I UPDATE ANY BLOCK OF ANY PAGE.

  Hello again… Now I have another problem that I would love to have you check please…
  
  This problem, by the way, is what triggered my last support request, because when I thought something was wrong with the codeless editor I tried uninstalling and installing again and then got the whole “stylesheet missing” message…
  
  So here it goes: I am editing specific pages and sections on the website (I am using some pages from the demo content to work on modifying content, rather than structure and blocks) and whenever I edit ANY block – be that Text, image, etc – the rest of my other content on my page goes missing when I publish changes… so I have to create the blocks again and hope that next time I publish I don’t lose texts… and I don’t really know if it’s just not showing or it’s being deleted on the DB… It’s happened to me every single time I have been trying to update / modify the page (Any PAGE, by the way).
  
  Hope I was clear with my explanation.
  
  I’d like to show you two screenshots: One from the editor showing the page as it should be, and the other from the live page showing the text missing but your support forum keeps telling me that my TOPIC IS EMPTY and therefore I cannot post them…
  
  I will try not to panic this time, promise… please help.

  Do you perhaps have the WP Bakery plugin active? Please deactivate it. Please use Codeless Builder to add and edit content.
  This is the main builder based on which theme is developed and all demos as well.

  I don’t have WP Bakery installed… I somehow had two versions of the codeless builder installed (one inactive)… I deleted the older version. Perhaps reinstalling of plugins package would help? I don’t know what it could be.Needless to say, the problem persists.

  Sorry for the inconvenience!
  Recently there have been major updates in WordPress and other plugins. We are working on making all the necessary edits and update theme and Codeless Builder plugin to be compatible with all the changes. But can happen that new issues arise that we did not encounter. Therefore we keep upgrading theme to be fully compatible with all that.
  
  Our team is currently working on this and will release another update soon. We kindly ask for your patience till then.

  This is an old ticket. Theme has been updated since then. Please make sure to have the latest theme version as well as all the included plugins updated as well. If the problem persists provide a screenshot of the problem or add some valid WP credentials in your profile data extra fields so we can give this a closer look.  Read this article for more information.
