I’m trying to cope with a strange issue with the Specular (Business 4) template, which shows up from time to time (totally randomly, while browsing the page): everything aligns to the left, menu items become underlined and there are some other styling errors, as can be seen here:

This only happens with the installation on the https://23.20.80.187 server.

I have a second instalation of this theme on a temporary server here https://tmp.strafos.com , which seems to be fine.

There are different versions of php on both servers. On 23.20.80.187 I have the newest version – 7.0.10 while on tmp.strafos.com I have 5.4.16 – could this be connected to the issue?

I could not find a specific vent which triggers the issue – it just happens while browsing the page, after clicking one of the menu items (almost always a different one), so I really have no idea what could be causing it and how to get rid of it.
