Hello!
I raised a query yesterday, which was then lost when you migrated your support website to the new domain.
Please can you look again (and hopefully fix) my website which is not displaying correctly after I moved it to its final domain.I updated the wp-config file, and address for files in the database, but it’s still not working correctly. Weirdly, if I go in the elementor editor then everything loads fine in the editor.
Side query, is it possible to use a different loading graphic. I prefer the one used on the remake demo website, but can’t find an option in the theme for this
Thanks!

Hi,
You are having this issue because many of the links in your DB are probably still set up as old site links. You’ll need to go to Elementor > Tools > Replace URL and update whatever your old site URL (i.e., http://example.com) is to the new site URL. Whatever your old site base URL is will go into the old URL field and, obviously, the new address in the new URL field. If the problem remains presist please share your old site URL, FTP info for the old site (if available) and send me using private reply.
Thanks,

Hi,
1- One is the menu is not loading fully at first…
The link you provided is not working2- Using the ‘stretch using js’ for a section in Elementor was causing it to mess up the order of the sections…
Please share the screenshot where you are facing a problem3- Is there a way to change the website loading effect?
There are only two preloader effects available in the remake theme and you can change them from:
wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > General > Site Options >
Preload Effect Style4- I was also finding the site logo was not rendering…
Its looks all pretty on our end. Please clear your browser cache and then check. If the problem remains persists then please share a screenshot or a video. Thanks,

Still having some trouble. I’m trying to refine the responsiveness of the website across devices. But editing padding and margins is not causing any change for the end-user although changes are visible in the Elementor editor.
Thanks

OK, but using custom CSS to sort out the problem isn’t really a solution. Since that makes using Elementor kind of redundant, and secondly I can’t do custom CSS, so that’s no use to me.
The problem isn’t exclusive to the first section it appears that margin and padding is unresponsive across everything. Is there a problem between what’s happening in Elementor and what’s visible to the end-user? If you can’t figure out what the problem is then I need to find an alternative solution.

Hi,
Unfortunately, we cannot do this because It’ll disturb the inner-sections styling and layout. We also can’t add CSS styling to force them to display good while the inner-sections are stretched because when the sections being stretched the “Elementor Plugin” add its own custom styling on the section which results in the disturbance in layout. We’ll try to remove this bug in our upcoming theme updates. For the time being, we request you to leave the section as it is.
Thanks,
