1) I previously messaged about the shop page and the update was made however, tho I see the shop page with dummy items, I cannot edit with elementor on my desktop only when I’m on my mobile. I’m being prompted to go in Safe Mode but that still does not help.
2) Also, when viewing the update on my mobile, the wallpaper/ header photo is seen on my desktop but a plain blue color is seen on my mobile.

1) Shop page mostly contains Products and Products are being added from Woocommerce so, it cant edit through Elementor.

Upload to image / screen shot there and you will get unique url for an image.
