The purpose to share the video is to provide an acknowledgment that how you can edit the text/heading using Codeless Page Builder.

As I don’t what to change, that’s why I’ve worked on the sample page on the dummy data. In the same way, you can change the text/heading on your homepage. If you’re still confused about this, just let me know what to change and with what. It seems that there’s some conflict between the “Reviews” code and Codeless Page Builder that’s why it’s not allowing to make changes. It’s not about the web, theme, or any of the plugins installed on your site.

If you wanna redesign your homepage completely then we recommend you remove your “Reviews” section for the time being, once you’re done with the changes add it to the position where you need it.
