Hello,
I have THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM as the last support topic… and I have version 1.2.4 of your editor… still not good. Please fix this, and instead of asking me for additional info (that takes a whole day for you to respond because of time zone differences) please help me with figuring out the problem in my site… I’ve done reinstalls of both theme and required plugins and nothing solves the problem. You have my access codes and ftp info if you require it.
This is an issue that makes me have to do long workarounds every single time… Copy the code OUTSIDE a text file in case it all goes missing and hope next time I can add some things without losing other things… This is tiresome and it should be a piece of cake…
You have my info regarding website and ftp access… please help me find out this annoying bug!
Of course my customer is furious because of slow progress…
I expect some concrete answers and solutions now, please… I cannot wait any longer and even though you respond to me every single time I ask a question, I still don’t see the customer support that I really need.
Sincerely,
Pedro

So you can help me do the exercise from your side:
Please have a look at the page I should be working on now as it (almost ) should look…
https://pips.typo-grafico.net/fixedalpr/
Now… when I try to add some new content or change images, or pretty much do ANYTHING in the post, when I customize, add the new elements and publish, THEN a lot of my previous work vanishes and looks like this:
https://pips.typo-grafico.net/fixedalpr-2/
When I go to the code I see a lot of the tags, but None of the text I have previously inserted…
Hope you can really help me fast with this. I am very frustrated.
Thank you.

Hello,
I updated Codeless Builder to it’s latest version and added the text in the second page you pasted. I keep refreshing and opening it in other browsers and so far the content has not disappear at all.
Please try again and let me know.Best regards!

Will give it a try, hopefully that fixed it (I see it is version 1.2.5…).
Will keep you posted.
Thanks!
