Custom Headings shortcode doesn’t have same font options as Tower theme. Why?

      There is a font my customer wants me to use just for the main page header (H1 tag). They discovered it in the google font options for headers in the Tower theme settings, however, this would not be the right place to set it because all headers would use that font and that is not what they want. I thought, “no problem, we’ll just use the custom heading shortcode which also uses google fonts”. However, when I created the custom heading, I was surprised to see that there’s only a small selection of google fonts available, unlike the Tower theme heading settings. The font they found in the Tower theme settings isn’t available in the custom heading font dropdown menu.

      The font in question, that they want used with the custom heading shortcode is “Great Vibes”. Is there a manual way to do this or even better – expand the list of google font options in the dropdown for the custom heading shortcode tool?

      Hello,

      You can suggest more features or additions to existing features in this forum.
      To edit the custom heading font please add this code into your custom css box:

      .vc_custom_heading {
          font-family: Great Vibes !important;
      }

      Best regards!

      Thank you. Would there be a way to do this same sort of formatting for the main page title H1 on selected pages? What would that CSS code look like?

      Hello,
      Sorry for the late reply.
      it’s the same code. Add it to any of the page’s you want to use it, at their custom css box.

      Best regards!

      Hello,

      The code is tested and does not have any problem. I can see it is reflected in the page’s css too. Can you please send us your wp credentials in a private reply? So we can give it a closer look.

      Best regards!
