Custom JS Code Not Working

  Hi,
  
  It seems the Custom JS Code section in Tower>General Options is not working. The JS code i have input there is not being outputted on front-end.
  
  Any ideas?

  Sorry for the inconvenience.
  We will fix the custom js box in the next theme update. In the mean time please add your code directly into header.php file.
