Thanks for the clarification. The issue is you have put menus wrong. Just edit your menu and it should be like this:

“https://jigsawbuildingservices.com/#about”

Instead of this:

#about

Then save your settings and you can do for all your menu items if you want.

Once done save settings and check again it will work just fine. Let me know the output ?

No, just your primary menu needs proper links and nothing else at all. If you don’t mind should I move on and do for you ? Because I can see there is no menu on that page now may be you did something wrong ?
