custom podcast URL structure

  Is there a way to customize the URL structure of podcast posts
  
  this is what it currently is:
  
  Show URL: mysite.com/show/NameOfShow
  episode url: mysite.com/episode/NameOfEpisode
  
  what I would like it to be is
  
  show url: mysite.com/podcast/nameofshow
  episode url: mysite.com/podcast/NameOfShow/NameOfEpisode
