I have some issue with custom sidebars on different languages then default. Just there are nothing in sidebars although I added widgets and checked to display on english. Default language is polish. Here: https://electrobee.com.pl/o-nas/
I see that you have created 2 different pages for about us. So you need to add custom sidebar in Tower Theme Options for each one. After that add widgets for the english page in Widgets Section.

Is another possibility that the system recognize automatically the english page. This can be done with some modifications but you need to add translation in po mo files O-Nas to About Us.
I don’t understand. Firstly, I have only one page “O nas” and translation of it “About Us”. Secondly If I add custom sidebars on english version than it removes custom sidebars from polish version. Thirdly page “O nas” is only example, that issue are on every page. Check any custom sidebar and any widget
I would like to ask you how could I translate strings in breadcrumbs for english version “Akualnie jesteś na: ” which means “<span style=”font-family: Consolas, Monaco, monospace; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px;”>You are here</span>:” and “Strona główna” which means “Home”
Sorry for the late response. I fixed the issue with the sidebar. You have added the translation manually by editing the page header file, the breadcrumb translation.
To make it in two languages, there are needed some customizations. Also the words must be added at .po file. I can edit it, but first please save a backup of your site, just to be sure.
