got problem to load the customizer load to infinity. Got all new updates and the latest versions. system is optimized and setup all values like written in the documentation.

Please open the customizer from Page options > Customize Page & Options (screenshot). If the issue persists, add some valid wp credentials in your profile data.

Do you have any third party plugins installed? Please deactivate them all and leave only the included plugins. Codeless Builder must be in the latest version as well.
