I need to deregister a license since i see no option on the Theme menu.

I deleted the old staging site domain with the license key of my theme in it, now I tried to install the same theme to my new domain website but it says that I can’t use the license key since it’s already been registered with the old domain already. It just says “License code is already registered for other domain”.
Please help -

And also I tried it today and still the same saying “License code is already registered for other domain”.
