I installed the theme and registered it with my purchase code but unfortunately the demo import wasn’t fully imported so I decided to delete whole website and reinstall it again but I forgot to de-register it before and now I can’t register the newly installed website with my purchase code because it says “Code is already registered for other domain”.
Can I send my purchase code to developer to de-register it manually?
