Default Dummy Data : download stalls @ 30%

  Hi,
  I’m hosting my website at Dreamhost.
  
  Wordpress was fully installed and Specular theme also with all plugins.
  
  But when I try to upload the Default dummy data it stalls @ 30%.
  
  I already create a phprc.ini (/.php/5.6/) file expanding the memory limits.
  
  Do you guys have any other way to make it work?
  Can I download from somewhere and then upload by FTP?

  Dummy data can not be imported via ftp. You have to do it from the dashboard. Try to import without the attachements. Make sure to have enough execution time limit as well. Ask your host about it.
