hello i’m really upset about this purchase . i wasted time and money on this theme ! Everytime I use your customizer it deleted all my previous saved work i built with wp bakery.ALL OF GONE! HOURS GONE! I lost so much time and money and i’m beyond stressed out as this is a major project and whats sad is i’m not the ONLY PERSON AND I SEE NO SOLUTIONS. I can’t risk anymore time if you cant fix this ASAP AND NEED A RUFUND IF YOU CANNOT HELP ME so i can invest my money in a more efficient theme . Sorry to be harsh but you would be harsh to if you had a deadline and you trusted your purchase only to deal with issues that should never come up in the first place. Im really hoping this is a fast fix on your part.
actually I need to let this theme go its not worth the risk of further issues for my client PLEASE issue a refund . so we can buy another theme as soon as possible
I dont know how to let you do that . We did have the latest updated folie that u did recently . i even deleted the codeless plug in and re installed to make sure no old files was left that would conflict also the kirke plugin update did crash the old one BUT after updating to latest version the update did work so i thought i was in the clear but out of nowhere i used the customizer hit save went back to our home page and it was all wiped and I can send you the latest download i used But we found another theme as we where super pressed and lost so much of precious time with the amount of work we put up and lost twice . we just pulled an all nighter rebuilding it with a new theme and finally everythings working perfectly :( It would seem crazy to go backwards at this point . My job was on the line .
