I have previously contacted support for issue after issue within the June Theme on WordPress, however, It did not help the issues at all. Now I have wiped my entire WordPress install and reinstalled everything and again, I’m having issues with your theme and the content blocks not being available to myself along with a few other design base templates etc.
Can you please fix the ongoing saga with June? Also, where is the updated tutorials or help based video’s? Cause you only have like 3 and they do not help.
Thank you for that, however, not all content blocks are displaying on the front page editor. I can see them in the content block section of WordPress but when customizing my site, The do not display.
I have also been in touch with WPBakery Page Builder and they have advised me that you guys are blocking some of the features within WP Bakery page builder, Why is that? Can you also please remove this coding so I can use all the features within WP Bakery Page Builder.
I have tried to login add content block but the customizer don’t. I recommend you to use our Visual Composer. If you will use native functionalities of visual composer will find lot of incompatibilities.
Please use content blocks with our Visual Composer version.
Your visual composer or know known as WPBakery Page Builder does not seem to work or do anything. I have had issue after issue after issue with your theme. A staff member apart of your theme support even offered to set the website up due to a complete headache this is causing me, however, that offer never seemed to follow through! I have the email to prove it.
NOW, WILL SOMEONE ACTUALLY DO THEIR BLOODY JOB & OFFER BLOODY SUPPORT for your pathetic theme!? I’ve asked for help countless times and I even have asked for a refund due to the LACK of what you seem to call “support” and yet, still have not received that either!
The demos you see online are all created using Codeless Builder. If you intent to use Visual Composer, it’s ok. But you can not have shortcodes of both composers in one page.
We can definitely create the demo you want from the online demo list, but keep in mind that all elements will be created with Codeless Builder.
Ok so then how do I use codeless builder as there is zero content within codless builder also….?
I have searched for video’s ect, however, there’s no recent content.
Why does your theme use so many different options/builders? It’s just confusing,
There are only two builders available. The main Codeless Builder (created from theme authors), based on Gutenberg logic and workflow. I recommend you get familiar with this builder because it will be the main builder in many themes in the future (not only ours).
But since Visual Composer (Wp Bakery VC) is already wide spread, many users feel more comfortable using a builder they’re familiar with. So we include it too.

Why can’t your company provide the support required and fix the theme?
I do not have access to any of the content blocks etc.
That is what I need to be done, not just explaining why you provide 2-page builders.
Its been an ongoing issue now for more than a month!!!
Your prompt response and prompt actions would be fantastic.
Also, the offer from one of your staff members to design the layout is still unanswered surprise surprise. Is this actually going to happen or is it all just talk?
