I have made this statement on Themeforest and I will simply copy and paste my query here.
<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px; color: #666666; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5; background-color: #fbfbfb;”>Greetings code-less crew,</p>
<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px; color: #666666; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5; background-color: #fbfbfb;”>First off I would like to start with commending you on your work with the theme. It’s lovely and does provide a lot of options to the end-user… however; there are a plethora of issues out the gate with this theme.</p>
<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px; color: #666666; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5; background-color: #fbfbfb;”>I am attempting to install the Creative Demo Content/Theme… in doing so, it seems to have created a mix bag between ‘Creative’ and ‘Fullscreen Agency’ and this was without any modifications and on a default install. My web host is geared towards WordPress hosting so I know there are no permissions set in place blocking anything.</p>
<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px; color: #666666; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5; background-color: #fbfbfb;”>On top of this hodgepodge install I notice that the documentation DOES NOT match the template options in the slightest. Perhaps it’s out-dated? Or is this not cooperating with WordPress 4.3.1?</p>
<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px; color: #666666; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5; background-color: #fbfbfb;”>An example would be the codeless slider that the ‘Creative’ skin uses. There is not an option for parallax… nor is the fading working properly. Additionally, there is nowhere to command the template to use a light or dark logo… it defaults to using a dark logo. To add to this, this left side-menu on responsive is only showing half the menu and is cut off.</p>
<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px; color: #666666; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5; background-color: #fbfbfb;”>I just purchased this today so I am under the assumption that this is the most current version.</p>
<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px; color: #666666; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5; background-color: #fbfbfb;”>Those are the major problems in the start… other minor problems appear to be settings within the template that do nothing at all. Again, all permissions are as they should be and there are 3 other (separate client) wordpress installs on the same server and they have not one issue… it is only this particular theme/template.</p>
<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px; color: #666666; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5; background-color: #fbfbfb;”>Additionally, it s<span style=”line-height: 1.5; background-color: #ffffff;”>eems like the fade on text within the codeslider does not work unless the search button is enabled. As soon as I disable this function the parallax/fade fails to work… also, the modern menu setting is wrong and does not render as it should.</span></p>
<span style=”color: #555555; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 24px;”>Example: </span>https://www.dropbox.com/s/9k7nv86jrml5hws/modern-menu-renders-wrong.png?dl=0
To add to this, the menu header is a light background when I am seeking out a dark background. It properly displays the logo as the light log on the homepage, however, browsing to a page like ‘About Us’ the logo is a dark logo against the about us header background… scrolling down the sticky logo stays dark with the light menu header background.
Furthermore, having the search in the menu is not something I want and here’s why. Scroll down the page and hit the search icon… it doesn’t intuitively open the search above the menu… it sends you back to the top of the page where you must hit the search icon again in order to open the search. I don’t know if this is due to the template not installing as it should or if this is an oversight on the search bar functionality… In the meantime I had to do an override in the css to set it to display:none.
I look forward to any support you guys are willing to offer. I mainly work on Joomla! so WordPress is a bit new to me.

Sorry about that.. I copied and pasted from Themeforest and overlooked the fact that is brought with it unsupported html tags.

For the sake of transparency I will post my findings that I replied to your email with… just so this may be marked as resolved.
It would appear that after installing in a dev domain with an actual qulified tld it is working properly. Before I was installing it on the clients dedicated IP as their current domain is in use on another host. Thus installing on https://ip.address does not install the content properly… however, installing on https://domain.name.com does work.
It is odd that installing on the IP would create the unusual circumstances I was facing.. but I am not too familiar with WordPress requirements in terms of js and css calls… perhaps it being on an ip address the javascript failed somehow as it read all the (dots) as full stops in a domain name.
At any rate… it works as expected on a tld. Sorry for the bother and it’s something I really should had checked first thing.
