is it possible to get the XML file for a manual import? For whatever reason its not imoprting and my tech support team on my hosting and they increased the minimum parameters for the imoport with no luck.
Please Just double check your web server fulfills the below characteristics at least value.
memory_limit = 256M post_max_size = 64M upload_max_filesize = 64M max_execution_time = 300 max_input_time = 1000
Normally, thats not happens, Try to work on another server or try it on local PC.
