I recently purchased and installed your Livecast Podcast Theme from ThemeForest and ran into two issues I need help with:
1. Demo Import Fails (Timeout / Missing Files)
When I try to import the demo using the “One Click Demo Import” or Setup Wizard, the process fails with the following error:
It seems that the demo content file cannot be fetched from the server.
2. Plugin Installation Error – Cowidgets for Elementor
One of the required plugins (Cowidgets for Elementor) fails to install correctly. I tried multiple times, both via the Setup Wizard and the Plugins tab, but the installation either times out or throws a plugin error. I haven’t found a manual ZIP install for this plugin inside the theme files.
Could you please help me with:
• A working version of the demo content files (so I can import manually)
• A ZIP version or fix for the Cowidgets for Elementor plugin
• Any workaround to complete setup manually if needed
