Hi, I’m so disappointed because I have re-installed this theme 6 times since I bought yesterday it and there’s no change.
When I start my Wizard, I’m not able to see the theme selection as described in your docs? I did contact you but nothing has been done yet.
Please tell me how I’m going to get #demo 3 and install it.
I have a deadline today ad I don’t know how I’m going to work this out.
Can I please get a refund to purchase another theme since I’m running out of time?

As per first message, we want to you share WordPress Admin (URL / Login and Password) and FTP Info. and tell me which demo do you want to me import?
Demo #3, I will import it for you. I just need access with full permission.
Some time there is a network and server issue thats why demo import doesnt completed, probably its a server communication or internet problem, we have some alternative way to install or import demo.
