Is there a way I could get walked through on how to disable animation across the whole site?
-
Hello,
For every element that has animation, there is an option to set it up. Listing all possible animations here will take too much time. In order to narrow down the search, please list the elements you want to remove the animation to. So we can guide you.
Best regards!

Mihaila,
The animation on our shop page (https://www.westannaboutique.com/shop/) and the individual item pages we believe is our causing our site to load slow as it is using all our CPU on the server. So these are probably the most important pages, but the homepage “New Arrivals” section would be nice as well.
Thank you!

Hello,
I think that this is a problem with the your server resource or any plugin installed. Please can you send to us your wordpress credentials (user profile details) so i can login and find out what cause this exactly. The speed have nothing to do with the animation.
Let us know.
Regards!

Ruco,
GoDaddy Support referred to the animation as the root issue. Whats an email address that we can further communicate with confidential details?
Thanks.

Hello,
You can add the credentials here in a private reply. Or add them in your profile. See article: https://support.codeless.co/?ht_kb=add-private-login-credentials
Both ways are safe!
Best regards!

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
I made a test of your site in tools.pingdom.com/ and the major reason for the site’s performance are the images. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/WBcn1ks
Please optimize the images first. Then we can check again the performance.Check this article that may help too: https://codeless.co/how-i-increased-more-than-70-the-speed-of-my-website/
Best regards!

Thank you for your continued help! Is there a document that provides the recommended sizes for photos on the website?
-
Hello,
It’s best to keep images 200kb or below. This is depended from the images, for example the slider images need to be high quality, but the majority of images in the site can be optimized and not ruin the look of the site.
