How can I disable comments on posts? I do not want to have the container to leave comments in posts, I looked in the tower panel but I did not find how to delete the container for comments from the page of the single article. How should I do? Thanks a lot. best regards. Bruno
Thi is the solution that I can found on this forum
To hide the comments in posts, add this code into your custom css box
#comments { display: none;}
To hide the “Leave reply” section, add this code:
div#respond { display: none;}
Is this the ideal solution or is there a more up-to-date solution, for example inside the Tower panel (which escapes my eyes …)? Thanks a lot. Best regards, Bruno
If you want to disable comments in posts you should go to Dashboard > All Posts.
Then open the posts you want to hide comments. On the top right corner click on Screen Options and tick Discussion. If you scroll down you will see the tab Discussion with 2 options: Allow comments and Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page. Uncheck them both.
