When on mobile device, is there a way to change the burger style menu to a dropdown/select style menu that spans with width of the header?

Can you please be more specific? The burger menu already does that. It is a dropdown menu that covers the width of the header. Please send us a screenshot so we can understand better.

my customer does not want the burger.
She just wants a select box that spans with width of the header.
kind of like here: https://tinynav.viljamis.com/ (resize browser until it switches nav)
