Drop Down Menu Hover Not Working

      Hi, my site is dmhbiopharm.com.  I am using the Specular Theme my menu is showing these mysterious dots by the tabs and it is not showing the dropdown on hover. Here are screen shots of menu and CSS

      Please add this code into your custom css box in General Options:
