I can’t access the site with these credentials, please check.
You need to set OFF the header transparency in Header Options (screenshot). Also enable the top navigation area. Go to Header Options > Top Widgetized Area, set it ON (screenshot). Then in your Appearances > Widgets, add widgets to it.
