  Where can I edit the phone, email and get a quote button in the top menu?

    No in footer, in Construction Company layout in Header.
    Phone, Email and Button Get a Quote.

      Same way now just need to edit header:
      wp-admin > appearances > codeless header / footer / block > Home 1 header > Click on Edit with elementor
      and now click on phone number

  I can see phone number is in the footer and you can edit Footer from this path:
  wp-admin > appearances > codeless header / footer / block > Home 1 Footer > Click on Edit with elementor
  and now click on phone number
