I purchased yesterday Specular but the widget bar does not load. I updated the plugins, downloaded the rerquired ones and also tried using only wordpress block editor, but nothing is added and i can´tsee the changes made. How do i make elementor work?

i just logged in. Mz old work is gone, and i tried to download again the theme. I used the purchase code and email to install the theme correctly, again, and still the consulting theme that i chose is portaied differently, with a double menu and a different first page set up. What do i have to do to download the same exact version of the specular consulting theme_ And how do i fix the problem with elementor wideget bar?
I already tried deactivating all the plugins and activating them again, checked the php version, updated the elementor version, downloaded elementor developer and nothing changed. The memory is enough.
I received an email from wordpress saying that elementor plugin creates errors in the system.
I read that jetpack might give problems with elementor, but i can´t deactivate it.
I can change the text, which autosaves, but i need to update the website.
I am building my company´s website, so it´s urgent.
I am waiting online.
