Endless Loading Screen

  This primarily seems to be an issue on Firefox but I’ve occasionally encountered it on Safari. The loading screen never leads to the website and just stays in an endless loop – but if you refresh it will likely take you to the website. I’m using Hummingbird to speed some things up but I’m not sure if there’s something specific I can do to fix this?

  Probably the issue is caused from the preloader, can you please try to switch to another preloader effect from Theme Options -> General

    Sorry. I put my reply to you in the wrong place.
    
    I have the exact same problem. Firefox doesn’t work unless I refresh; Safari may or may not load, but then freezes on page navigation; Opera is slow but loads; Google is the only one that loads quickly.
    
    I turned the transition off and it did not solve the problem. Any other suggestions? Thank you.

    Don’t know if this makes a difference, but your Envato preview theme loads quickly in Firefox and Envato. I am using the Child Theme for Tower with constructions/buildings demo.

  That is not the problem. I tried to change it and I disabled it altogether and the problem still persists – only for Firefox and Safari.
  
  If Firefox does load it takes 10-15 seconds sometimes. Safari will load but freezes on navigation.
  
  Working in the admin area is also very, very slow.
  
  I am unable to get any work done on my site. Please help. Thank you. I am not a technical person.
