Error Block Title

#specular editor theme title update

  I have a problem with the title block error, the line that should appear to the right of the text follows the cross with the text. I already edited the line of code in the theme editor, and cleared my browser’s cache, and the problem is still visible.
  
  I don’t know if something needs to be modified.
