I am having the same exact issue. If the plugin is activated it gives critical error and if I deactivate it demo does not load completely as the header, footer and sliders are built on this one.

the website still has problems, was ok for a while after you had replied and now is down again. this is the worst theme I have ever worked with to build a website, none of the other themes had such a problem not even once, not to mention constantly breaking down!!! Can you fix it once and for good or shall I request my money double or triple refounded for the stress you’re causing.
