Error “Code is already registered for other domain”

  Hello,
  
  I Have a problem with the registration of the theme on wordpress.
  When I insert the KEY and the e-mail apear an Error “Code is already registered for other domain”.
  
  Can you please help me to fix this problem!
  
  PS: If is a old thread about this topic please move my message to that thread. Iam new on this forum.
