Can you please give some more details? How did you install the demo? What wp version do you have? What theme version? Do you have any other plugin installed? Can you tell us the path where the theme files are uploaded?

The import of any demo is tested already multiple times from our team and the Envato team prior to theme launch and this does not happen.
Hi there, I’m having the same issue. I spoke with my hosting service and upped all of my PHP variances but am still getting an error. The setup wizard installs everything except when it gets to menus at the end, it gives me an error. Help?

What theme version are you running? Please make sure it’s the latest. What demo do you want to import? Please add some valid wp credentials in your profile extra fields. So we can check this out.
