I’m trying to update the php version of my website, but when I try to update from the 7.0.3.3 to a later version, it appears the following message in the top header of the website.

Now I downgraded the version to the previous one, but I’d like to update the PHP.
I already contacted my hosting provider and they said to write to the customer service of my wordpress theme.

Do you know how I can fix this issue?
