  I don’t see any “Call to action” element in this page. Are you perhaps referring to the page header title? Please explain better what is your issue.

  I opened your site from iphone 5 & 6 and i don’t see any overlapping background in mobile version of the portfolio item (screenshot).
  As i said in another topic of yours, you have very old versions of theme and VC. Please update first. The call-to-action you have is not the same(does not have the same options) as the included VC CTA element.

  Please go to \includes\core\codeless_elements.php and find this line: vc_remove_element("vc_cta");
  Either delete it or replace with this: //vc_remove_element("vc_cta");

  Please go to \includes\core\codeless_elements.php and find this line: vc_remove_element("vc_widget_sidebar");
  Do the same as the above. Either delete it or replace with this: //vc_remove_element("vc_widget_sidebar");
  
  PS: these are elements not used by the theme by default. But since you are already using them, then these changes are needed.
