I am having the same issue. I get the notification, “The following plugin needs to be updated to its latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Codeless Framework.”
On the required plugins installer page, I have:
1.0.6 Installed version
1.0.7 Minimum required version
1.0.7 Available version
When I click ‘update’, it seems to go through the usual updating process, and says:
It is important for you to note the changes and update the theme immediately:
From the codeless_required_plugins.php file,
a. Specular theme requires codeless framework version 1.0.7 which does not exist and without it, the plugin cannot be activated.
b. Codeless Starter sites require version 1.0.4 but what was included was version 1.0.0.
and lastly, there was an error on the codeless-framework.php which you already sent a fix.
I had to edit the plugins to fix the version issues before I was able to activate the plugin.
