Exclude Pages from Navigation

  Hi,
  
  I’m trying to exclude some top menu pages from navigation.
  Meaning that I would like them to be in top menu, but just as heading.
  Visitors should not be able to enter that page.
  
  I tried using Exclude Pages from Navigation plugin that I used before in another site, but I wasn’t able to make use of it.
  
  What is the best way to do this?
