I renewed our support last week and still shows expired on the forum. When I click “Extend Support” it brings me to envato where it shows I have 6 months support left.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Your support is active and you will get all the help you need. The status will be updated as soon as we fix the internal server works.
Please do not worry about it. You will get the support time you paid for.

When did you renew your support time? Can you post a screenshot of the time shown in the Envato profile? According to our database, you were supported Until: Wed Mar 08 13:32:15 +1100 2017.
