Hi,
I’m trying to construct an FAQ entry just like an article or a product description but, while it looks great in the panel, it is totally different on the actual website. Text and images ignore all the alignments, gaps etc and show up as a compressed bulk.Any suggestions?

Hello,
You have to use html tags to format it.
Best regards!

Hi,
it seems after putting in some html tags that are not provided in the given “Text” panel, those tags disappear after switching back and forth between “Text” and “Visual” windows, like <p></p> for example which would be handy right now. That doesn’t happen for the given tags though.
Any suggestions?p.s. I suggest to include in the next update a more user friendly and simple way of text formatting in the FAQ entries.

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
You have to go to the ‘text’ tab of your faq text editor (screenshot) and format text with html tags there. I have set an example in your faq question ‘1’ .Best regards!

Hi,
as I wrote before – after putting html tags in the “Text” tab and switching between “Text” and “Visual” tabs the tags disappear from the “Text” editor.
The only ones that don’t disappear are the given tags from the upper editing panel in the “Text” tab. All other html tags like <br>, <p> or whatever disappear after switching between tabs, even when the entry is saved/updated. -
Hello,
Sorry but this is a wordpress feature, not depended on theme configurations. Just do not switch back and forth from text to visual as it removes automatically the html tags. Write and format your FAQ questions in text editor and save.
You will not have any problems like this.Best regards!
