      I successfully installed the Tower theme. When I go to customize, it gives me this error..

      Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 196608 bytes) in /data/19/3/20/131/3346783/user/3733865/htdocs/WordPress/wp-content/themes/tower/admin/inc/fields/typography/field_typography.php on line 431

      What steps should I take to resolve this error?

      Hello,

      You do not have enough memory and execution time limit. Please increase these values. Ask your hosting provider to change these for you.

      Best regards!

      Hello,

      Please increase your memory limit. To increase memory limit you should add this line define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’) at this file: wordpress/wp-config.php. If this doesn’t work you should ask your host provider to do it for you.

      Best regards!

      I can’t seem to locate that file anywhere. I host through Network Solutions and opened a ticket with them asking to do what you stated above. I still have heard back. I logged in to my FTP and the only files I have there are index.html and splashpage.html…these are the first files I ever uploaded in 2013 so something isn’t right there.

      I will keep you updated on what I hear from Network Solutions.

      Thanks!

      Okay I now have access to the file. Could you please tell me where to add in the line. I copied and pasted below and re-uploaded but now my site isn’t working at all and I get this error message.

      Hello,

      You have forgot the semi-colon in the end of the line. You have added this:
      define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’) but it should have a semi-colon in the end, like this:
      define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’);
      Let us know if you need further help.

      Best regards!
